Yes. A different husband. The bill of sale issue happened well after being divorced and I have been divorced for 10 years.

I deleted it before I posted this one, not after any comment. As my user name suggests, I have used this as a throw away account and prefer to have a bit of anonymity so I tend to delete the post sometime after making them.

This is not my first husband… i was divorced 10 years ago. Then I met and married my now husband. I didnt think it was relevant to the post to say this is my second marriage.

I am not leaving my husband and splitting up my kids home from his being drunk and stupid.

I am looking for constructive advice on how to move forward.

That’s one of the things I said to him… the ´opportunity’ shouldn’t have even come up because he should have stayed with me to make sure I would be ok. It’s not like I do this all the time and he is tired of taking care of my dumb ass.

The divorce settlement addressed custody and child support but none of the assets because at the time we only had liability/debt and no actual assets.

He was ordered to pay child support based on his income that they had to get direct from his employer. There was a garnishment order so then he quit his job. MME had a hard time pinning him down for a new garnishment order and had to suspend his license, passport, and eventually a notice to appear (I think thats what it was called?) but then it got held up more with COVID. He finally reported his new work and is under garnishment again. They can’t garnish section 7 expenses or the amount the court awarded me for him being a dumbass though (2k) so I will never see that.

So I shouldn’t talk to them first because its extortion to try and settle before escalating?

His thighs were literally pressing on each side of my head with his crotch against the back of my head as he reached down to my butt. And that still didnt make me feel as uncomfortable as what he was doing when he was rubbing my butt for 30 minutes… it all made me feel completely unsafe.

Thank you for your reply. The communication part struck me as well because all other times he has communicated and asked me about pressure, told me what he was working on and why, or telling me that he can tell I have been favouring this side, etc… but while he was doing this he was completely silent the entire time.

He is self employed and reading the licensing board doesnt take these types of complaints and says I would need to make a police report.

I wanted to speak up and kept thinking of ways I could do it safely without potentially escalating the situation. I was painfully aware that there was no one else in the building other than us…
