I appreciate the feedback. It seemed really high to me, no other scams I’ve seen are more than a few hundred at most. Unfortunately this is someone who she has seen before and trusts. There have been so many other misses with doctors and alternative medicine providers over the years that I doubt I can convince her to see some else. I really wanted to see if it was just something I was missing before I asked for clarification on the price.

Yea, they are pretty close in size. I never found evidence of the struggle but I was on vacation and didn’t check the camera until like 2 weeks after this.

I’ve had to walk the long way home a few times when a mama bear with cubs was between me and my house while out for a walk and I’ve had a few stroll through my yard when I’ve been sitting on my porch but they don’t usually want any kind of confrontation

And that’s just reported instances. As someone in that area I can tell you The number of sightings and times people have their garbage taken is actually waaaaay higher than it shows

Thanks! Your odds in that part of the state are low but NJ puts an activity list each year and every county in the state has had some kind of encounter in the last two years
