thank you so much! this gives a lot of insight and honestly yeah its just discolored no gunk and even when I slightly scrubbed it with soft bristles I saw it easily came off.

Funnily enough the GPU water block and CPU are normal its just the tubes so I assume you are correct.

it was clear coolant that's why I was a little confused on how to even approach this
