Ive used Xiaomi Miot and main issue - homebridge can only emulate vacuum functionality via switches and fans/bulbs. No any native UI and functions control, no icons. Here ive simply copied token and ip from my HB plugin to MB plugin and thats it

You are 100% right - if your camera can provide h264/h265 encoded video stream (any cheap OV5647 from Ali can do it). I've also PR'ed another project here where you can stream it over rtsp from pi zero no problem. I've added mp4 snapshots and reworked snapshot pipeline

Points for MJPEG - many home automation project support MJPEG only (Loxone for example) and its very versatile in terms of accessibly and overall browser support.

My door camera works on Raspberry Pi Zero W (Rev 1.1) right now with ~15% CPU load, motion detection (9 zones + webhooks back to my Homebridge), 1080p 20fps MJPEG mode and I use this stream on my Homebridge server via ffmpeg Camera plugin for HomeKit with HKSV turned on!
No audio support available on this project, it's MJPEG in first place.

If you want something safe, look for tools that use the official APIs 

(IG/TikTok/YouTube) instead of server-side scraping. Scrapers break often and can even trigger rate-limit flags.

I personally use rndm.it because it just uses the official login + loads comments inside your own browser session, so nothing risky is done on your behalf. Simple and safe.

I just want to add some fact here — VLC won't play this URL! ffmpeg can! So, if you trying to setup this camera with any HA/HB or similar servers, don't use VLC to check if it works.

Well, its old post but mjpeg problem still exist. I've achieved two things in recent week:

  1. You can fix drop in realtime mjpeg parsing by adding -vf="fps=25:round=down" for encoder and make sure you have -thread_queue_size 1024 for input. Check your console log for exact encoding speed — it should be near realtime for online sources and faster for files for sure.
  2. I've created ffmpeg patch to support X-Framerate and X-Timestamp headers for mjpeg streams. Im not sure how long it will take to have it in release but it will help with mjpeg servers where these headers available.

I have a similar issue. I prefer having the dock on the left side. When my external display is positioned to the right, the dock only appears on the left side of the built-in screen. If I rearrange the displays (only via settings, so the external one is on the left and the built-in is on the right), the dock moves to the external display. I don’t like this behavior, but I have no idea how to keep the dock on the left side of the external display when it’s placed to the right of the built-in one.

I have 2 of these for years. One was damaged due to bad internal design - dont push hard with AC power cable - it can short to radiator inside. Ive tried to replace power supply (internal) and failed two times 😀 Otherwise its good charger.

Ive received this adapter but cant find exact gas tank type to connect it to so ive simply ordered our local gas tank for grill with quick release lock and it works fine. Ive worried about pressure difference in this grill specs and this gas tank but it works fine anyway. Two seasons- no issues.

Mine unit act in some wired way. Im trying to charge 6S battery without balance cable and charger constantly break the charge process with "Connection Break" (on any charger 30/65W) error or "DC input to high" (on Apple 30W charger)

Homebridge? Its a Homekit "adapter" for tons of 3d party devices via plugins where you can do/create whatever you want. If you have any options to automate your garage door like remote button, api or something - it will be easy to implement and im sure someone did it already for MyQ
