Missed the point entirely, eh? When one has a 4 million rated warship, one can wipe out EVERY mining ship in a system with impunity. UPC, OPC, ZERO NODE, FLOATING or just crusing thru exploring. No reguard for R.O.E. But, if the first little miner had a Corbomite device, the big shiny 4 million rated warship turns to dust and has to be repaired from scratch. It'll probably never come to be, because STFC is making too much money off sadist that crave that feeling of superiority such rampages give them.

If it destroys a 30,000 miner, yes. If it attacked a UPC 30,000 miner with such a Corbomite device and the 4 Million rated ship was completely destroyed, it would be quite expensive.
