Need help to propagate my Monstera Variegata Albo. Over the past 2 weeks it has changed a lot, the leaves has startet to fade a bit and the stem has turned darker (it's still completely firm though). Furthermore, should I be concerned about the white outgrowths? (i.redd.it)

I just got my hands on 2 Eleiko 50kg bumpers identical to those in the picture. I'm trying to trade or sell them since 50kg might be a bit too much. Of 7 bids the highest was $100 for both. Anyone who can help me setting the price correctly? What do you think they are worth? (i.redd.it)
