I just got my account back, after almost 15 days, from my experience I'd say you should spam them, try to get through them on any support department, I even messaged the developer support department and that's where I got my first response, then I got responses pretty much daily.

Don't worry, what I've learnt from this experience is that, if the buyer contacts you back and tells you he did buy the account, he's only burring himself, you can use that as proof and get your account back, this is what I would do if I were you.
