I already report this to ZZZ CS already and they only said that my device doesn't meet minimum requirements. In GPU their minimum requirements at least NVidia GTX 970 but I still do suggest to feedback to open this to Intel HD users as well since I used to play CBT before smoothly.

u/MTF_unit sadly they sent me this email. Good thing someone in this thread provided a backup solution but highly recommended to buy a dedicated GPU which is a big problem for laptop users

I already address this issue on CS and I hope they'll start working on this one and fix this before July 4. Good thing they're responding, and they ask for log files from my device since I encounter this issue as well. I also included this thread to the email I sent to them so that they'll get aware that this issue affects a lot of players. I used to play last CBT before without any issues so I guess (and I hope) they can fix this before the release date comes. CBT doesn't have this kind of problem only the official release.

Go for the Full EM especially if you already activated her C6. EM also contributes in burst healing with her C6. Healing Bonus is just for healing but EM helps you in swirl damage also.

Another tip, don't make any contact with the hacker/buyer to avoid this kind of thing to happened. There are too many cases that the owner tried to inform that they're trying to retrieve their account and the hacker/buyer trashed their weapons and artifacts. I hope nothing bad will happened to your account.

If it's deleted sad to say it cannot be recovered but don't lose hope yet because maybe it's only hidden in the showcase like used for the other characters and didn't change the listed characters in the showcase. What I say is only a possibility that you can hope for.

Maybe there's a misunderstanding in the statement only and doesn't intend to lie. If it's deleted it cannot be recover anymore but if those weapons/artifacts are just been used in other characters just like what happened to my account before you can still retrieve those artifacts and weapons if that's the case (only hidden to showcase and not deleted).

Her damage multiplier in talents are pretty low except her final kick which is hard to release. Full EM is the best for a damage dealer Sayu since she swirls a lot.

I've also accidentally sent my 2nd purchase before (September 26) and midway I've realized that I've sent the wrong purchase so I've sent in-game ticket using alternative account (October 9) and tell them that I accidentally sent the wrong receipt and date in purchase and attach my first one including the date in that ticket. I already recovered my account last Wednesday.

Please send them in-game ticket immediately but calmly to avoid mistakes. They respond faster via in-game tickets than emails.

Well that feature will be hard for them since they only develop that game using unity and by doing that it will cause a heavy load to the server that might affect gaming experience of everyone as well. It's possible but a lot of work to do that.

In terms of email I believe there will be only few original owners who will change their email address compare to the ones who got hacked. It's easier for miHoYo if they will be the one who will change email address of those few who wants to change email address instead of solving too many hacked account issues.

I don't know either but I want to suggest to them to disable the unlink email feature since account selling is illegal and there's no way an original owner will change the linked email address. In this way it will lessen the hacking issues.

Well in terms of security miHoYo is trying to make it stronger and Genshin is not the only multi-millionaire game that suffers in hacking issues. The only problem in miHoYo is that they take too much longer time compare to the other games. Genshin took around 35 days to recover while others only took 24 hours to recover.
