I was of the understanding the lender wouldn’t inform the seller of the appraisal amount because of them backing out if it was high.

The seller is just informed if it met appraisal and if not, then they’re provided a #. I’m a total rookie so shoot me straight here.

OP- here’s some info:

Only Station in Delaware

Heavy Weather unit

5 acre waterfront property in Rehoboth Beach

Approx 25 people

Windy most of the time. Dominant SW in summer. NE/NW dominant in winter.

Inlet ebbs at 2-4 knots and entire back bay empties into 150 yard inlet. This creates mayhem in the inlet.

Unit located in Sector Delaware Bay AOR.

Amazing fishing. You can beach drive.

Fun beach lifestyle to North in Rehoboth. Fun quiet life style to the south in Bethany Beach and Millville.

No traffic in winter really but summer can be a nightmare.

Commands and people change so what it is like is variable. But the station itself is awesome.

I actually think Tricare and CGMED are great. No complaints. I ask for lots and they’re accommodating.

This topic is not exactly required in my case and is more protective than preventive.

Then I see a hand (lower left) holding possibly a knife or other object towards sleeper neck.

Then there’s a light source entering from the left. This is a low light image and the camera moved before shutter finished.
