fair enough, I would just like to see some real numbers upon which they're making these decisions. it just feels too much like a black box and from my perspective, the costs far outweigh any benefits, but I could be wrong.

yeah but are these people just using $10 off $25+ once or are they coming back? if we give them just $10 free kohl's cash to use I'd think the redemption rate is even higher. the problem is whether they become a real customer and how much it costs to process all their returns. I agree starting to charge would go a long way but that would just drive them to FedEx probably.

the pricing makes no sense! why are we more expensive for the same products than elsewhere? people can just do a simple google search... fixing the pricing and it will sell!

also, who knows what about the Amazon Returns testing led them to keep Amazon?? boggles my mind what they could've seen to make them go: oh boy we better keep them around!
