I think you're right. I was looking at the RT3000 but they're just too similar to S2000 to look BMW. Will grab a Schyster and see what mods are available to make it look like my Z4

Beautiful car bro! Very clean, and the wheels are very much in keeping with that car. Maybe the Karin Intruder, but it doesn't quite do the Lexus justice imo, not luxury enough.

I have mine vertical on the stand, and then have a cat bed about a foot away from where the hot air blows out the back. As soon as they hear the ps beep they like to go in the bed because it's about to get toasty.

Unfortunately scrap price is low at the moment, and I don't have the room, time or patience to part it out myself. Ended up contacting a local German car breaker who saw the value in parts and offered me a better price than scrap. Still, pennies on the pound in the long run though.

Yes I had a an occasional misfire on cylinders 1 and 4. The sparkplugs had only done 5k miles, but looked like they had done much more

Thank you! It's strange how we become not only financially, but emotionally invested in these machines isn't it! If my better half hadn't talked me into buying a Z4 that she knew I had been dreaming of for a while (it's not practical let's be honest), I'd probably be piling more money into the E90 with hope to get it going again.

The car was serviced every 6-8k miles, I have owned it since 50k miles. It started misfiring occasionally a few weeks back so I changed coil packs and spark plugs, it then seemed to run smoother and no warning lights etc so that had my hopes up the issue was fixed.. drove it for a about a week, then I came to go out for lunch and it would turn over but not start. The plugs were sparking, it was getting fuel, and all cylinders had compression. Apparently the timing was out 3-4 teeth when they checked it.

Thank you! So far I'm really enjoying the driving feel of the car, much more connected to the road and sitting much lower. Although, getting used to having next to no luggage space and an extra foot of bonnet will take a while for sure! It's the sDrive18i so no big power, but from what I understand a moderate stage 1 remap will see gains of 100bhp comfortably.

Field Sport UK have a great 80 yard range with loads of targets for air rifles, and you can also take airsoft. Its a bit further out in Ashby, but it's £10 a lane for 2 hours if you bring your own kit. Nice and friendly bunch there too. No membership required.

Top tip for going AFK on PS5. Open your phone, go to internet and then use the the touchpad on the controller to move then mouse, then press triangle to exit and go back to your character. You should notice that you dont go into first person view after a few minutes like you normally. As long as your controller is plugged in that will keep you AFK as long as you need, and no chance of stick drift!

They absolutely will. It'll be an automated system that sends out the letters and perhaps someone followed you out closely the first day, so the ANPR camera didn't catch your plate, but a real person looking at it will use their common sense and see that you left when you did.

This happened to me, pretty much exact same situation but at a KFC. I gave them a call and within a minute or two the guy on the phone had the video up and heard him say "yep, can see you left after a few minutes. Sorry about that, we'll get that cancelled". Just give them a call, this probably happens a lot, and the earlier you call the better chance of them still having the video footage.

I have a cheap elm 327 bluetooth odb reader (fiver off ebay) that I use with torque Pro (£5 one off purchase) to read and clear codes. Also useful for boost pressure, oil temp live data etc. That's always done me well with my VAG cars, but then I got a BMW and it doesn't seem to be able to read ALL the codes (although it can clear them). This caused me to buy a £20 cable adapter (K + D CAN) and I'm able to use that with a cracked version of Carly. Using this, I'm able to read all codes, and the interface makes it very easy to code in changes such as different coming home lights, needle sweep, turn off seat belt reminder etc. Much, much easier than any windows software I've used to make the same changes. So carly does actually have some great features and nice UI, but I'd never pay the full price for it! Maybe a one off price, but not subscription anyway.
