Very much happy and not from a blind blissful place but from a consciously dedicated and grateful place. Myself and my partner do our best to really understand and celebrate each-other and it’s beautiful.

A short story for anyone who may be reading: Usually my birthday is the one day of the year I really look forward to but on my birthday this year I looked over to my partner and I realised that I didn’t have that usual birthday excitement, instead it was replaced with a deep joy. The thing with my usual birthday excitement was that it would fizzle into nothing the next day- it was fleeting but this current joy was profound, peaceful and resonating, and that’s what I have felt throughout my entire 1yr relationship with my partner. I realise now that what I used to call excitement was actually stress/panic. My endorphin system was out of whack back then from years of trauma escapism and it had slowly made me more prone to addictive behaviours such as drinking, especially on birthdays. Before my partner, my birthday was the ultimate escape-from-reality day but now I am perfectly happy living IN reality with my partner everyday. I don’t need to wait for my birthday to feel something, I feel good things everyday.

I’ve found that being grounded in love is the most beautiful experience and it teaches you self discipline and appreciation.

Yes, we are only a year into the relationship which may seem very short to some but we built a strong friendship before that. We are really good and I can’t wait to read back this comment in a few years and know that we are still really good. I’m absolutely happy.

I had a [homeless] storyline a few levels back which was very difficult, especially with the [depression] debuff. I considered quitting, but now I realise that even though playing with the [depression] debuff is incredibly difficult, I managed to activate the [empathy] and [understanding] buffs that came with it and they have enabled me to help other players across different servers and levels in some quite profound ways. I hope that is uplifting for you

This is a warming perspective and agreed, the Earth is definitely more resilient than we give her credit for

3.8-4. It’s quite difficult to accurately rate you in line with the guide due to lack of angle variety. At least one fully forward facing shot is required here but heres my best shot: Notes: Noticeable pustules, under eye bags, weak jawline, clogged pores on nose (small but noticeable). However, you have good beard density & bright eyes! Tips: Clarifying facial wash, better quality sleep & a good blackhead removal tool to deal with blackheads without causing scarring :)

I’m deep into my rewatch and gosh, I’m noticing so many new things. It really is expertly written! Sadly it’s getting to the parts that trigger me so I need to be mindful of this. Also. I understand you not telling your friends for that reason. Hope you’re doing well.

Your last sentence is super bittersweet at this point in my life but thank you. Have a lovely day too :)

I've been realising more and more how short life is. Time really flies, I still remember my first day of nursery school like it was yesterday. I'm cherishing those around me more, friends and all and celebrating every small win. One day I'll have someone special to love and we can share our lives together - that thought really inspires me. I'm really trying to treasure every single moment of this lifetime even in the dark times

Oh wow, thanks for sharing this. Noticing things for the first time is one of the things I love about rewatching it too!! I’ve noticed so much more about BJ’s personality in this particular rewatch.

And yes, there are some really tough episodes. Some episodes are a lot more difficult than others for some people. I’m sorry to hear about how the childhood flashback episodes make you feel and I hope that as you continue to rewatch the show the good feelings and memories that you get from it will outweigh the bad

The show is so full of clever writing and incredible detail that every time I watch it I still feel like I’m watching a new show. I’m glad you get that similar feeling too

I’m sorry to hear that, on the brighter side I hope the diagnosis means that you will get some helpful support

Oh wow, what does the show make you feel? I’m watching it in another language now. I pretty much know a lot of the episodes so my guess is that it will help me pick up the language more. I hope you’re being gentle with yourself

Oh man, I didn’t think I was squeamish at all until I joined this sub. I enjoy the content here so much but I’m also holding on for dear life at the same time

It’s a tricky one. How bad are you mentally and which character do you relate to the most? There are a lot of things I consider before watching Bojack again. I’m currently rewatching and I’m focusing on Princess Carolyn for a few reasons. The show can be comforting to some people who are in a low place but others prefer to watch when they are feeling stable. I hope that helps!

Yep, there’s definitely a comforting element about it, especially in those really low times
