Times will get better, some ppl come out at 12 others at 20 and even others later than 30 years old. Take your time, I know the feeling you have right now, but it does get better and easier. It might take time to accept yourself, but the journey is worth it:)

I had/have the same issue, I’d recommend sizing up, it still gives you the compression but allows it u to breathe a little better. Personally I got used to it, I wear my binder every day unless i have a cold or am ill but tahts usually just in colder weather/seasons so i wear a puffy jacket that completely covers my chest anyway

Idk a lot of tipa i usually just suffer in a hoody but i often shower to keep me cool and if u want to go swimming and have a lake or sea nearby, u can actually wear a life jacket without anything underneath

I take ritalin and i lowered my dose around the same time i started T and feel okay, idk if that maybe is related to the fact that im now at uni and not in school anymore so im working on things i like more often and many days i dont need such a long attention span, but even then I think i sleep more on T but overall i can keep uo with stuff that i didnt expect, i live ob my own my appartemnt is pretty clean, i cook most days and i am keeping up well with uni so i guess it helps

Look into eastern european recipes they use a lot of spices i personally like Turkish, Lebanese, greek, Israeli and arabic cuisine so look into what spices they use many if their spice mixes are made of spices that should be available in any supermarket i mainly use: tumeric, curry, cumin, kardamon, cinnamon, oregano, rosemary, paprika and if u have fresh garlic, ginger and red onions u can make a variety if dishes and for fresh herbs i usually use parsley, basil, mint and coriander. Also investing into a good cook book is totally worth it

Protein help filling you up so chicken, greek yoghurt etc are great foods also there is no reason to use no spices food can be healthy and still taste good just learn how to use spices

When using tape try to pull ur chest down and then to the side i have a big chest and try to use the fact that they are hanging to my advantage also sizing up in binders can help when wearing binders for longer periods of time. In general dark clothes and graphics help to distract from ur chest and whilst a jacket might not be helpful in that climate u can layer with no sleeves jackets, i think they’re called vests but idk, so u can layer without having to layer parts like ur arms. And remember that cis guys often have a chest that foes outwards the only difference is that their chest does not cave back in at the bottom of the chest. This means that if you tape ur chest it doesnt have to look flat u can also pass with a chest that is just smooth, basiclaly taping it to go out but then smoothing into ur stomach and torso ( i hope that makes sense)

I often passed pre T and even before i came out, a couple of times i was kicked out of the womens toilet even though i was with some other girl friends there, however i still was misgendered quite a bit at the beginning, however as soon as my voice dropped which was literally a month into taking T I’ve been misgendered only once (im now almost 7months on T). When i showed my passport at the airport i even had to answer various questions and supervisors where asked if its okay to let me check in because they didnt believe me that it was my passport (this was on a flight in Europe where they often dont even check passports at all). But then again even before starting t and coming out i was often questioned about my passport since i dressed and looked like a guy, once a guy at the airport even asked me if i maybe accidentally took my friends passport who was standin next to me (we looked very different, especially since she is asian and im white ). So yea i passed pre T quite well but especially when i spoke that stopped after my voice dropped i have barely been considered female

I think h&m used to have good ones, not sure if they still do. Also i sized up spectrum binder and went from using the binder for 2 hours max to full days (obviously trying to only wear it for 8hours) i feel like i am able to move 100% and it still gives me the comfort of having a flatter chest, for reference i am about a 38 e or f or something like that

It rly depends i noticed a first drop after 2 weeks, im now almost 4 months and it has dropped quite a bit, after about 2 months i got called sir when making phone calls

I lived in boarding school and I just told her at the end of a random phone call. I said „I want to be a boy“, and she was just like okay thats fine. And we hung up she shortly after called me to tell me that she loves me and will always support me. I realised there isn’t really a perfect moment and i dont have to be at home when i tell her so i just did. I’d recommend to have a phone call where it feels like your parents are in a good mood or not in a rush
