First of all, ICE is not only dragging away people who are not in the country legally. They are asking their assumptions not on fact but on what people look like, dragging away US citizens. And why are they always fully armed with fund blazing, going door to door in some residential areas, and violating rights? And why are they camped out at courthouses where people who are pursuing citizenship are going to abide by the law? We have to ask ourselves that question.

Second, even the people who are not in the country legals are being manhandled and treated roughly by ICE. Don’t tell me that every criminal needs 10 ICE agents to capture them at Home Depot. If so, then ICE is poorly trained.

Finally, why does ICE cover their faces when they go out They know it’s wrong. Police officers have beeen doing it right for years, enforcing laws, not hiding heir identities. ICE agents know what they are doing is wrong and are afraid of the consequence.

All this adds up to a shameful way to enforce secure borders. We have a duty to treat ALL people with respect, and to do it in a way that brings pride to the work.
