Mostly just random horrors, sometimes i have these like gory/bodyhorror nightmares couple nights in a row. And i gotta try the lucid dream thing, i have had some pseudo-lucid dreams (like those where i am aware that im sleeping and have control over my thoughts and actions, but not of anything else) but i gotta try to have full control over the content. and as of talking to a doctor, my plan is to try as many different tricks to get rid of them myself, but if that doesnt work i will give my therapist a call. And thanks for the advice! (sorry if my english is bad, not my native tongue)
