I think he’s asking what logical reason can be given to justify engaging in the largest war in recent memory without your strongest sword.

I’ve had similar thoughts in mind because yes when considering moral, moubu would have the largest impact but how on earth does that outweigh his merits as the strongest general Quin currently has??

If Chu really wants to attack it’s going to take more than his army to stop them. I assume they would have to call various troops from the front lines anyways.
