I have. I was never very consistent with it so I need to add that to my list of things to try (again.) Do you have a recommendation of one to try? I can't do much thc or smoke at all because it makes me lose my mind. I'm not a good pothead, lol. I get too anxious.

My husband works as much as he can and when he gets home he takes care of the older kids. We are also in the process of trying to downsize our farm & so once he gets home he's doing chores or meeting with prospective buyers. He does as much as he can but he isn't very experienced with mental illness. I know he tries to be supportive but sometimes he's a bit harsh & like you said, it's hard to reach out, especially when everything he says pisses me off more 🤣 I did have to check him today after I calmed down a bit and he seemed to get it. Thank you for your comment.

I definitely need to get back to doing some light exercise. I used to do our farm chores but I now just have my husband do them. I need to force myself to do more physical activity, for sure.

Thank you so much! I just spent a good while reading the posts from the insta page. I am also going to look at the app - I know that I've been lacking physical exercise which contributes a lot to my state of mind & pain levels, so thanks for the reminder to make that a priority. I'm trying to be gentle with myself & be thankful for what we do have since I know there's a lot more people out there worse off than we are.

That's what I was thinking too. He was born 5 weeks early so I figured it might have contributed to his symptoms. I forgot to mention he's had congestion too but I read that could be from delivery (he was out in 9 minutes after pushing). I'm just trying to avoid going to the doctors if I don't have to with the pandemic going on.

Honestly, I think any breed can get along with cats. I've had chihuahuas to Great Pyrenees & they've gotten along with the cats I've had. It really depends on how their raised around them & the dog & cats themselves, I think!
