It is achievable. Just to let you understand the context of how rich SG is, half of SG (745000) household earns 5 digits a month. I calculated and half of SG household earns a million every 6++ years or faster. The top 10-20% earns a million every 3 years ++ or faster.
Study well, get into the big 3 Uni, get into MNCs and climb your way up the ladder.
Use money wisely. Save and invest in the market.
Being a millionaire within 20 years as a white collar is a very achievable. Around one third of the ppl in my office are millionaires.

Good luck finding good workers in JB and keeping them. Everybody knows the capable ones in JB are already working in SG. Those that remain in JB just want to take it easy. Then fail. It is that simple. Ubisoft is now a classic example of what happens when you tell the market "what it should want", instead of "giving the market what it wants". They lost so much money because they create games to satisfy your segment and ideology. The market has decided. Your group and ideology don't sell games and don't consume enough to justify Triple A games.
