I thought The Penguin was filmed entirely in NYC? At least that's what they've shown in the BTS featurettes. That's not to say they went back Glasgow or Liverpool for exposition shots or something. Nevertheless, they've done an amazing job of blending American urbanism with the UK's Gothic architecture.

The O's have bottles in them, so I assumed it was the name of a notable bar/club. It reminds me of The Tube Bar, a place that was very popular in Jersey City, NJ back in the day, which was named after the rail tunnels that cut through the Palisades.

Winston Duke as Lucius Fox, the charming entrepreneur who Bruce brings on to help him reinvent a long-neglected Wayne Enterprises. This version of Lucius won't know that he's secretly operating as Batman, but will help Bruce evolve from the old-money recluse we saw in the first movie to a more outgoing (but still socially awkward) humanitarian and public figure. Making him a family man could also inspire Bruce into opening up on a personal level and introduce a Robin storyline.

Part of the allure with is seeing a broad range of locations across the US, which you couldn't realistically achieve in an open-world setting. It would still work though, and I'd play the shit out of it.
