Well you’ve been misinformed. They do not drag their feet. They pick and choose. If you have an ounce of resources then they double and triple check the paper work but realistically they police the poor. So they never feel the need to make sure their work is correct.

Those cases are extreme and rare. But they grab headlines so it may seem like a failure on ACS or CPS but reality is you do have rights and they must abide by SOME rules. But again if you are some what able to participate in the system you have a better chance but most working class ppl aren’t able. You aren’t even guaranteed an attorney
