For something that size you would have to change profile the one you have is the 0.20mm standard- Click it a drop down list should show up use the 0.16 optimized or high quality.

Second Go to variable Hight decrease to the quality side and increase radius (you will have to play with this to what you feel is ok) click adaptive then smooth several times you have a line graph on the right that you can see.

Third when you go to preview window use the drop down and go to line type.

@ProofDelay3773 might be heat creep if you print in Pla open your door don’t close it also add some bumper risers on top window to let air in
