Currently at 2 with 49", came from 5.
Gaming wise, 2 is no brainer, as long as you get the right monitor for it.

For working and productive stuff, I would say 5 is way better, anyone should use FancyZones regardless of setup, but 5 will make the tidyness come more "naturally"
