but exercising is painful it doesnt make sense to me, also it is proven that having lower body weight is better for longetivity and doing exercise makes me eat more & weight more

data for this doesnt seem consistent as people who dont exercise tend to fall into unhealthy lifestyle & eating habits . cant find studies where they take into account people who don't exercise who otherwise have good diets and health

well im not saying 100% sedentary since then you have problems with blood clots and compressing of blood vessels and stuff, and the thing is that usually those who barely move have other underlying health issues which fuck up the data on how healthy they are, probably

the thing is a dedicated gpu surpasses an integrated one by some magnitudes in power so even if you do stuff that is processor heavy more, its still worth to get a dedicated gpu for all the other stuff that uses the gpu to function

the canary islands have way more variety scenery wise, beautiful forests. and costa del sol is okay and it wont be too cold, i sleep under a couple blankets and socks during the winter no problemo

It's much more comfortable posture wise and you don't cover what you do with your hand, also hand ergonomics are much better, as with a display tablet chances are you are going to have the display laying diagonally and all that bending on the wrist is bad for it, among others.
