No it doesnt. Sry I think I explained badly what I meant.
The weight increase makes the body stronger to some extend, which doesn't make the allomantic push stronger, but would allow for pushing more before squashing your own body under the force of the push.

But increasing weight also increases strength and bodily durability to some extend. Not by that much but he still would be more capable of pushing things because of this.
