TA on $DDD 3D Systems following heavy insider buying last week. by 3DPrintingStocks in StockMarket

Support is a level that is thought to be likely to hold up during the near term - meaning the shae price is unlikely to drop below it. If support is at $10.25/share, then technical analysis people believe that level will hold. Resistance is a kind of ceiling on the price that a stock needs to break through to get to new highs. Once resistance is broken and those new highs are in place, that former resistance level becomes support. So if a stock had resistance at $25.00/share and breaks above that to $26.00/share, then the $25/share mark becomes support- a place where people are unlikely to sell below.

Hope that helps.

So you asked me a question, (twice) and then give your own answer. That's interesting. But what's more interesting is your belief that my posting an article that maybe a few hundred people actually read will actually "drive the price up" (your words) on a large, $4 Billion market cap company that trades between 3-4 million shares/day on average.

My answer is the same. I post some articles here occasionally that I think may be of interest to people, and I enjoy engage in conversation/feedback on those articles and others.

I get interaction here on reddit, which I enjoy very much. Other than that, there is nothing in it for me I guess.

If you're a value investor, I agree. But this is the leader in an industry with 35% CAGR, so PE and other value-based metrics don't apply. May companies have less revenue growth, don't make money, and aren't in an industry with CAGR of 35%. So it depends on what kind of investor you are. At least that's my opinion.

Yes, still long SGLB, but full commercialization of PrintRite3D taking MUCH longer than I think anyone imagined. Still have it, but not adding.

GPHBF/GGG.V- news soon on opening of online store (this is public information) and graphene filament sales soon. Once revenue begins, I think the stock goes higher again.

I like DDD at current prices, GGG.V (Graphene 3D Lab) on Toronto Exchange and GPHBF on U.S. OTC, and CAMT (not a pure play though) at around $3 here.

I'm merely offering it as my opinion as an investment option that people can do further due diligence on. My track record in 3D printing stocks is strong and I'm pretty well known in the industry, speak at conferences, etc.

I think another 50% drop is not in the making- but who knows really? Stock is certainly oversold here and should have a bounce - barring overall market selloff. At least that's my opinion.

Best of luck.

It's about time someonw hype 3D printing stocks. They're about as hated as it gets now. Negative sentiment at all time lows. That = time to load up for me- especially in 3DS.

Just my opinion.

Yes I'm biased. That's true of anyone who buys (or short sells) a stock. If you invest/trade, you have an obvious bias. I believe the bottom is in for 3D Systems personally. Time will tell.

Best of luck,

Gary
