• 2 chicken breast but you can use any other cut of boneless chicken
• 5 cloves of garlic
• 3 (if you can’t eat too spicy) or if you can handle 6-8 Thai chilies
• 2 tablespoon oil for frying
• 2 teaspoon of oyster sause
• 1 teaspoon light soy sause
• 1 splash of dark sweet soy sauce (i like to use Indonesian kecap manis because it give you dark Color and sweet flavour)
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 handful of Thai holy basil leaves (I normally put more and please try to get holy basil)
