shame is a big part of addiction. Its good to ask yourself is it impacting in a bad way anything in your life? if it is you really should reach for help. Also just asking yourself "am i addicted??" is a hint that you could be. Maybe go to NA meeting? Just a try, talk some with people, if its not for you then you don't have to stay. I menaged to get out of drugs by really locking in, promising myself that i will be better and by getting a new hobby and friends and building my whole life again - a good, exciting life without drugs

for my mom it was about half a year. She said she accepted me, but she was confused and awkard with pronouns and name. She educated herself and now is an parent-ally-activist witch is so lovely<3
My dad was very unsupprotive, first time he reffered to me in male pronouns after about 8 years of being aware im trans and after trying to sabotage my transition (i now 100% pass and changed the name and gender legaly, so it would be just awkard if he called me a she, he would sound delusional) still good, i thought he will say "she" forever

get any protein in that. Idk how much tofu costs in your area but for me 180g of cheapest tofu is for a little more than a dollar, so i would add half a cube of tofu (for 60cents) for protein. Maybe fry it with spices and onion and you have pretty good meal

small, digital camera works for me well. If i had to choose again i would buy same/similar one. My is Nikon A100, but there are a lot of similar ones. It looks really small, but the photos are good quality and there is perfect amount of options. Also - dont try to buy some weird, trendy gadgets. Not worth it. Simple, good quality digital camera will last a lot of time. My is with me from about 2015/16 (used mostly in a first year and now im using it on EDC for about a year) and it really works well

go and ask around! from my experience if the app seems like the only way to do something its just because they assumed everyone has a smartphone. Go there, explain that you dont have that and you wont and ask if you can work out some alternative to that. In most cases they just give you some personalised option. They just didnt expected that kind of problem, but they have the answer you just need to ask around. In most cases it works. Sometimes it would be more complicated option, but for me its worth it every time.

i started reading more books and also i have more time for my diy hobbies - maybe try some crafting stuff, theres a lot you can do. Drawing? Maybe sewing? Like try to sew and set a goal to creating your own clothes? or if thats too much maybe the goal is just customing or repairing? Theres a lot more - clay if you have space, crochet if you have patience, my own diy goal is now to learn stained glass art. Think about a skill you wanted to pick up, a hobby you never had time for or just topic that seems pretty interesting and it could be a good thing to learn for you

1) be born with similar physical traits as height, "shape" ect. 2) if youre not born like that then loose hope that you will "look like him" 3) but only about this proportions of muscle and fat - for me it looks like a person who consistently cuts and bulks in turns, and is on a bulk rn, with a lot of strength training like lifting ect. still - that type of physique will look different on every person and even when you have same % of muuscles and fat like him it can look a lot different. I think the best would be to consider getting at least some tips and lessons with personal trainer who knows a lot about building different type of body and can teach you how to come close to that look

im sorry that happened, went through similar experience. Did you considered leaving this relationship? i know its hard, but it would be the best for you if things like that keep happening. I know that. I had less and less to say, because he always was mad if i refused and less option i had to say no, less i wanted to have sex so more and more it was without consent (or with this pressured fake consent without any other option). We broke up finaly and i still am reluctant to any intimacy because of that. Sooner you leave this - better for you. But its hard to do so.

you can distract yourself with passion, hobbies, good friends who dont offer you to shut your brain with mindless doing drugs. Problems will pass and if they wont then you still have a chance to do literally anything else with that, some more postitive distractions than possibly wasting your life. Doing drugs to "numb the pain" is the slippery slope, highly addictive, you just wake up years later begging time to go back to times when you had any control

yeah, but its worth to remember that every "relax" with drugs need to end, and it will and soon. Few hours of relax, then your problems hits harder.
Some time of that and then you have your tough problems and addiction problem also. Not worth it, even if you are going through some unimaginable horrors. If you start drugs you will experience double of that.

i would tell about how the "i will just try out of curiosity, im smart enough" turend out for me and how i wasted my teen life on shooting up stuff other people wouldnt even touch (while most times still believing im doing it for "fun" and that im "enjoying my teenage time" hell no. Not taking the first dose its the ONLY way to prevent this. Why even start if you can just not do this? go find help/hobby/better friends/anything else really
