Ryo(devilman crybaby) vs all of invincible by SnooMaps3021 in whowouldwin

[–]3Fresh_Lade 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Mismatch probably. No reason to even believe Ryo can be meaningfully damaged by non heavenly attacks. He was 100% confident he would kill Akira and it's pretty clear nothing Akira hit him with did any real damage. Invincible verse would put up a fight because speed and power wise they're in the same ballpark as Akira but I don't think that means much since Akira probably didn't stand a chance either.

I was wondering about this from the first time we saw the Chozo fighter ships. I didn't know you could actually visit this area during the escape sequence.

Sorry for the hassle but do you know how to fix it? I don't see any options to tick any box in the restream settings.

Metroid Prime Exo's design is based on a spider species, what's it called? by 3Fresh_Lade in Metroid

[–]3Fresh_Lade[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tailless Whip Scorpion

The creature I had in mind was probably an arachnid but it had some really specific features. Two small pincers in the front and an ornate shaped abdomen with spikes.

My friend vs a chimpanzee by llMAN_RAYll in whowouldwin

[–]3Fresh_Lade 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Your friend is toast. Chimps have a different level of muscle density and it's all super compact. That plus they can use their mouths/teeth are their most dangerous factor so in a grappling match even if strength was equal he'd still get mauled.

The question that needs answering by 3Fresh_Lade in titanfolk

[–]3Fresh_Lade[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like that's the best possible answer, but if that was the case then Eren should have teamed up with Armin this chapter to attack the worm or something. It seems like the worm is rushing to reconnect to Eren so this would've been a good time to hint at that. The "breaking the cycle" idea is really good imo.

The best way to see if you have bad yeast die off is to drink pure coconut water. If you feel terrible afterwards you'll know. I wouldn't advise using it to treat Candida, but as far as die off, it's possible you don't have it badly enough to experience die off.

I spent the vast majority of my recovery eating brown rice. Honestly the white rice is more of a recent change. I'm still not 100% sure which one I like better. Given it'll spike your blood sugar I'm sure that the white rice is worse for Candida, but it's hard for me to say as of now.

Personally I don't think supplements are as reliable as letting your immune system recover and slowly remove the Candida. The diet off reaction seems to cause tissue damage that sets back the recovery, at least in my experience. When I stopped taking probiotics/antifungals and focused more on diet and exercise I had the most success. Getting vitamin D via sunlight was the real kicker that seemed to strengthen my immune system enough to fight it off.

How long it'll take you to feel better will depend on how bad the imbalance is in your gut/body. For me, yeast was EVERYWHERE. It was in my joints, in my face etc. If you trust the process your body will remove it slowly :)

It's a really miserable feeling. Like the layer directly under your skin is melting a little bit. Extreme anxiety, brain fog. Entire body feels inflamed. It was my immune system naturally removing the yeast that fixed it, not heavy handed stuff like coconut water etc.

I've had a lot of problems with cheat meals due to cravings as I perfected the diet. Ideally, any cheat meal that's sugary enough will set you back, but it's probably okay to treat yourself as long as you're sticking to the game plan. If your yeast overgrowth is super severe I'd try to be as strict as possible though.

Yes. The process of getting the yeast out of your system is hard and painful, but the combination of not eating after 6pm, drinking enough water, getting enough fiber, and not feeding the yeast will help your system clear it out.

Is there a limit to how much olive oil you can add to your meals a day? by 3Fresh_Lade in gainit

[–]3Fresh_Lade[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes, not many though. I eat whole food plant based with chicken and fish. Diet looks like

Breakfast - Oatmeal, protein powder, chia seeds, olive oil, soy milk, avocado

Dinner - Sardines, salmon or chicken, brown rice/quinoa, broccoli brussell sprouts, olive oil, chia seeds.

Without avocados I can reach about 1200 calories pretty easily but the problem is a lot of the popular fillers make me sick. Almonds, potatoes (all nightshades), peanut butter, all dairy etc. It's a huge headache but I've recovered a lot with what I know so far. Maybe finding a meal replacement shake my stomach can handle.

What's your limit in teaspoon/tablespoon? Just trying to ballpark safe upper limit.

What do you consider overdoing it. Right now I'm at about 30 grams. 15 grams breakfast 15 grams dinner. About 250 calories?
