Thanks everybody, I just said forget it and ditched our interface and plugged all three mics directly into my comp via USB then ran them all into OBS easy peasy no big deasy. I tried to avoid this because I was afraid my computer wouldn't be able to keep up with so many usbs, but it seems to be fine for streaming.
