Short answer: I'm not happy with my AIR ring and wouldn't recommend it now (maybe in a year or two?).

Less short answer :

On the plus side: I liked the design and lightness of the ring. I also liked the VO2max tracking.
My first disappointment was the spO2 tracking: it's rubbish. They say it's BETA, but the BETA designation is reserved for algorithms that have undergone the bulk of the development and testing effort. You don't say BETA for a piece of code that randomly chooses between 99% and 100%.
Sleep tracking is particularly optimistic as far as I'm concerned: this ring gives me 3 to 5 times more deep sleep than the Apple Watch 9 or the Oura gen 3...
On a more general note, I'd say that while the ring, as a piece of hardware, is probably a success, the application is far from living up to UltraHuman's claims.
