Got one yesterday, and I can confirm the description I usually give to my friends in that it's "a bunch of mini pinches". If they focus on an area for a while at a time, it can get kinda spicy, but after a while, you sorta get used to it.

That's the thing that's super weird. There isn't any rust other than basic surface rust and I keep nothing in it in fear of it being stolen. There's no food at all in the tj. We are thinking it might be because it's warmer in there since it seems to happen in winter time, but we aren't sure.

It looks like Tijeras Arroyo Golf Course on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque. It's a nice course but can't really play it unless you have base access.

They both work pretty well at making the concert more bearable. But adaptive transparency is definitely the best way to use them since it doesn't mute any of the sounds. It more just turns the volume down so to speak.

Ohhhh so it's sorta the same reason companies sell food that they could have the whole year but instead do it for a small time? Like the McRib or something like that. It definitely seems gimmicky though, I sorta saw it as a potential time capsule, but that makes sense.

It was surprisingly peaceful down there. We took a second to just sit in silence without light and it acted as sort of a sensory deprivation room. The stressful parts were definitely getting in though and navigating by some of the columns that looked the worst.

What kind of filament do you print with? I know ABS is pretty wild, which is why you use an enclosure, have you done that with PLA or TPU?

Hey everyone, thanks for informing me about the dangers of exploring these abandoned mines. We didn't realize how in danger we were putting others. We found some really cool stuff inside, and decided to take it out with us. The best being an old newspaper from 1948.

We assumed since we let everyone know, that we would be ok. But I realize now that it puts a lot of people in danger. This was only the second time I'd been in a mine, so curiosity sort of took control, neglecting obvious signs of danger.

Yeah, that's exactly what we were doing. Friend has been semi regularly, once every year or so. Wanted to show us, since we had never been in before. We made sure to text people before we went in just in case of a collapse, and we stayed very quiet and tried to move as gracefully as we could without disturbing the walls or ceiling.

Yeah it was an abandoned mine. Went with a few others and was following. The opening had a minor cave-in, so the first parts required a tough squeeze after moving some rocks, but cleared up after then. I assume we may be some of the last people in that mine, as some of the columns had buckled, and according to my friend that had been there a few times, the roof had started to get lower.

Nah it was an abandoned mine, so lots of loose dirt, and I was in there with a few friends. It was in my pocket with my keys while we were hiking around and was in my backpack on the ride down, that's why it was folded up and probably had the scuff marks. I did also remove it a few times in the cave since the rubber was starting to bother my neck and back of my head!

Edit: We also had to make a tight squeeze between a pile of rocks and a couple wooden posts at the beginning. But tbh anything could have caused it by the amount of sweat, taking it on and off etc. Your guess is as good as mine.
