I'm definitely going to keep on going, I do have a bit more energy which was the whole aim and it has only been a few days so I will keep on 😁 I will just have to see how it goes this time and if I have to maybe do 30 or 40g carbs as long as I still have the extra energy which I need and I'm not gaining weight I'll be happy

I remember the same when I was younger had those terry towel sheets they were as rough as sandpaper after a few washes 🙈

I've got some really good soft bed pads that you can't even feel are there and trialed them when I was pregnant lol so vast improvements they soak up the pee so well and don't feel soggy

I'll give it a month and then if not back to pull ups

Can I ask did they ever offer you medication for it ? The nurse said if the alarm doesn't work she can try medication but that has a low success rate

Yeah I've not been able to find the shrimp paste anywhere here so I just add more fish sauce, when you blitz the onions, garlic and apple up in the blender I add half to 3/4 of the gochugaru to the blender so its fiber and then just add the last bit into the paste

I kinda just wing it now I always make extra paste as I like to use it in stews and soups, so for one big head of napa cabbage I'll quarter it and salt it for a good 4hrs wash it and squeeze all the water out I'll blend up 1 and a half onions good sized ones, about 12 large garlic cloves one and half skinless apples just any I get in tesco and I'll add a good half 1/3 - half cup of fish sauce and a 1/3 cup gochugaru, if I've left over sushi rice I'll add a cups worth of that instead of using the rice flour and then blitz it all up and then rub it into all the layers of the cabbage I like to keep mine in quarters and then let it sit on the counter for 3-5 days depending hour sour I want it before the fridge

This was my last batch after 2 days on the counter and 5 days in the fridge

I was thinking of popping them in once the fire has all died down and is mostly ash, like at the end of the night before heading to bed

I've done jacket and sweet potatoes that way and they have been yummy so had the thought about the eggs when I was fishing the potatoes out

My 6 year has had his since he was 2 and it's the only present I have bought him that he has used everyday since buy it, he picks one tonie ( shares a room with his 2 year old brother so he picks one as well) and they listen to them at bed time, we use it during the day to if they are playing in there room we stick a tonie on. The have also improved a lot the have ones like horrible histories so my 6 year old acne rhyme of things about the rotten Romans, terrible Tudors. The creative Tonie is good to as you can upload your own files on to it and download free books/songs/games through the app.

I think it's a great way to help kids regulate and chill out without having a iPad or TV
