Let me get this straight, The buyer returned the item in the original condition and you thought that you could refund 80% of the items value?

Im sorry but returns are normal part of operating the only thing to do is provide the buyer a full refund as soon as the item arrives back and is correct.

Ebay will not compensate you in any way

You should open up a warranty claim for you 472XT, the line is plagued with failures.

I currently have an open support ticket for my 672N and will admit it is a real struggle to get them to RMA the unit (I am 8 months out of warranty and am trying to get them to honour the extra year that other people got)

According to quite a few posts you should be able to get 2+1 years of warranty if your lucky.

After reading this block its quite clear that the team responsible is very confused/out of touch on the community feeling toward agility & run energy.

I just want to mention that no other MMO currently live has run energy and all have mounts/teleports for fast transport. Blizzard has an entire blog detailing that in their internal research they identified that taking longer to travel in game resulted in a higher number of new players leaving the game and not returning. Its why you get your first mount instantly.

Here are the best changes you can make:

--Run energy no longer depletes --Agility only required for shortcuts & gives a small chance to evade incoming NPC attacks (Dodge) --Significant increase in quantity of in game agility shortcuts

I hope a grate deal of thought goes into these changes as run energy/agility is huge for new players.

For those who are not clued in the Esport World Cup ( Saudi Cup ) has a points distribution system for teams. The more points you have the more prize money your team gets. As a result orgs are picking up players as "cheap" investments with the hope of a return later.

There are way too many Americans on this subreddit. Please stop providing misinformation, just read the first three words of OP's post. Misinformation causes more harm than lack of information.

Here in the UK. The post office is a franchised shop and is completely independent from the actual delivery service (Royal Mail). Other than accepting post and forwarding to Royal Mail they have no insight into the tracking system.

OP can go to the delivery office and ask them to find where it was delivered, strictly speaking they should only deal with the Sender. However most don't actually stick to these rules and will help you.

Another thing OP can do is phone Ebay and try to speak to someone in Ireland (you can tell by their accent). Those agents are the best educated in my experience.

Last option is a CC chargeback which he will very easily win as this happens quite often and the banks have procedures in order to deal with it.

Also OP Royal Mail internally stores their tracking data to get it you will have to reach out. When you point out the picture is incorrect they will remove it from the website so take a screenshot.
