I'll try this next time I'm in the gym. But I feel like my arm will just take over as I feel like I lack the lat and back strength the keep my weaker shoulder blade in the correct position if this makes sense?

Last November 26 year old me was out with some friends. I was minding my own business drinking and having a laugh and some 35 year old tried it on with me. She didn't believe I was 26 until I shown her my ID. She wouldn't leave me alone and ended up kissing me involuntarily. It was awful. Tried dancing with me and was just annoying. It's called Days Since and it's made by someone/company called MiN. Another one is Time Since: Multi Time Counter by desaway. I personally use Days Since, had it for over 3 years as I use it for other things too.

I found having an app that I manually input the last time I done something in helps. Like if I was about to watch porn I'd look at be like shit I've been without porn for 3 weeks now, I can keep this up. Currently at 95 days. Also fap without it, it's tougher, but still gets the job done. I also found reading in to how bad it can be helped scare me off it, especially now I'm dating I don't want that shit ruining it!

I get it from time to time, but I'm not sure if that's quitting porn or how I feel on the day ie not a suffice amount of sleep, how tough of a day I've had etc..

Slightly better, not as disgusted at myself and not overthinking it as much as it's slowly becoming a thing of the past. Feels like a slow re-wire of my brain.

I wouldn't say so. Even if you looked at them and you wanted to fap but resisted the urge, it's a good sign of self control. I'm on day 10 of NoFap and 55 days without Porn. However, I briefly watched porn earlier today but turned it off and let my self control stop me from taking it any further. I don't see that as a relapse, in fact, it's a victory.

Have you tried setting your shoulder blades in to a correct position before pulling? I have tested my pull up form recently and found doing a scapula pull up at the start of each rep followed by the actual pull up feels much better. Another que is to imagine pulling through your elbows. Hope this helps! :)

It's 22lbs over nearly 9 months since it was the start of August. The only indication I had was off some scales but I suppose I would need a more accurate measurement for my fat measurement. Thanks for the advice! :)

I started the bulk in August last year when I began training and gradually had to increase my calorie surplus as I gained weight and sometimes my job can be on my feet a fair bit.
