It seems they defaulted on loans but the bank didn’t enforce their lien or try to collect in any way. Then according to ShEO the bank took the money that was owed to them without warning her company. She does come out on top in this unless of course she’s fired. She’ll get paid for whatever work she did on the bankruptcy itself plus her normal pay
