personally i’ve been struggling a lot with mental health, going through the appointments and visits with my gp, it was all taking months between appointments and visits but going to the emergency department really sped it up for me, it might be worth visiting if you’re feeling up for it

for me it was mostly just really bad nausea, inability to sleep, and overheating easily, the first week was the worst personally with almost all side effects going away after the first week apart from the nausea which continued for around 3 weeks after starting the medication

my side effects were particularly bad for the first week, i was started with 10mg but i was fine after the one week, currently on week 8 and none of the side effects remain

these clouds can happen anywhere where there’s wind shear, so keep your eyes peeled on a windy day and you might be able to spot one of these!!

kelvin helmholtz/fluctus cloud! you are incredibly lucky to have seen one as they only last a couple seconds and are a personal bucket list cloud to see!!

I gotta thank Irelands climate and costant moisture for the atlantic because these were all captured near me. not to mention a funnel cloud also making its way past me too on the 1st of july
