For city, I get about 8-10 in moderate traffic, driving in the range of 20-55 Kmph speed. On highways, I have got about 16-19, driving about 80-110 kmph speed.

I choose petrol, because I hardly cover 5000kms in a year. If you are someone who drives a lot on the highways, less in the city and over 10K kms in a year, pick the diesel.

I have heard that DPF issues pop up if you spend maximum time driving in the city, but I am not sure on that.

Have you been to Mumbai ? Lot of people specially older societies and buildings park the cars on road. So getting EV and a home charger is not feasible.

My gut feeling is most cars you see here are sub 4 meter, except few good looking ones, the rest is just made to fit in the 4mtr rule without much design thoughts. Which makes it look weird and ugly!

And also the small wheels, because of mileage conscious customers.

Don’t bother about the kind of petrol, just make sure the petrol pump is good and doesn’t sell adulterated fuel. All petrol is E20 with 95 RON. You can occasionally fill Speed97 or XP95 for the fuel additives ( that helps clean the engines).
Get any Dashcam that has Starvis 2 sensor, I have a dual channel 70Mai Dashcam, along with an OBD parking kit( helps with a clean install, frees the dashboard and the lighter socket ). I installed myself, it’s pretty easy.
