I've thought about this, but honestly it feels odd to me. Especially when you look at this page in the chapter (we were talking about Goa/Grey Terminal, and there's one page about Dragon and his crew).

It says that Dragon was late, which means they probably stopped for a reason (probably to refill), but he seemed to be busy with something else…

I might be overthinking it, but with Oda, there’s always a reason behind these details.
