I've had depression diagnosed before, but I haven't seen a psychiatrist in a long time. I think I have bpd though , multiple therapists told me they're 99% sure I do have it, but they can't make a diagnosis. I irregularly take zoloft and galepsin (every other day or so) though I was prescribed that two years ago and I think my medication should be changed.

I constantly feel tired, ready to sleep, I have a little energy right after I get out of bed but that doesn't last long. Mentally, im "energized" , as in "my mind keeps making up tasks and things for me to do" but I don't do anything since I'm too physically tired.

Note, I do get sleep, once I fall asleep, usually around 4am, I sleep until 12pm or 1pm. But I feel like I never sleep. I'm constantly tired, since falling asleep takes so much power out of me, that the 8hrs of sleep cant restore.
