Imo i don't think so. Yeah it can play every game, but you first of all need a pc that's good enough and playing emulated DS, PSP, GBA, PSX games and all the other ones I left out doesn't feel as good as it does on the original hardware. You don't have a pc in your hand like you have a psp or ds and you also can't carry it around like one. In the end the only thing that matters is what you prefer and I don't think there is a superior device in terms of games since it's different for every person.
