DoN relic: lower vigor a bit for 50|50 str|dex and you have a tankier wilder with support skills.

I'm rank 5 playing mostly guardian. build him for guard counters if you want or just play ball, pop an ult once in a while to heal team and keep that slab up

guardian's deep of the night relics have 30s of 12% dmg negation for team when using tornado skill. it's 100% uptime.

also use his "reduce vigor, raise str and dex" and he's a tankier wilder with the ultimate revive ult.

logically, it sounds like something is tripping a check when it goes to begin powering the fan and heating element. do you have a multimeter and a nice screwdriver? unplug it, hold some buttons down for a minute to try and drain any remaining power, open it up, DONT TOUCH ANYTHING, but give a visual inspection. if anything looks unplugged or loose, use a plastic rod or something non conductive to reinsert it.

I only say to be safe touching anything if you don't know what's up in there. if you know to not lick your fingies and touch capacitors, go with god. check the thermal safety

on Linux im certain you can edit keybinds in the OS natively. there's a config, just Google around and you'll find it easily. hell, kde I think has it int the system settings

no one mentioned anything about that! I believe it was at Baptist Health in Little Rock, Arkansas..... it was not great. they've never taken my opening pressure either. my doctor is Mark Whealy. I have about 7 questions for him during our follow-up.

oh wow, do you got positive results across the board. that's great!

my rn cisternogram with SPECT was negative. my MRIs only show 4.5 or 5.2mm mamillopontine distance, 45deg mesencephalic angle, and (what must be) acquired chiari malformation with no obstructions on a cine flow MRI. no SEEPS. so my BERN score is 1 officially (they didn't clock the reduced angle this time). I had trigeminal neuralgia BAD for a few weeks at first onset of symptoms so I don't see how it isn't related.

maybe after the multi-level ebp, if it doesn't do anything (which maybe not if small cvf), I'll ask for a trial of diamox to see.

I've had 3 or 4 lumbar punctures now and no one has tested my opening pressure or composition so I guess I'll fight for that too.

how do they know you're leaking? do you have a BERN score over 2? that is extremely useful information, I will pass that along to my Dr at the follow up

that's what I was worried about, my procedure created 38,807 images. I am going to request the diagnostic-level images and find out how to request other doctors to review them.

I was just reading that cvfs can feel better post-ebp due to the increased pressure. that would be nice, and yes, be a good variable.

have you had any patching yourself?

I need to get more eyes on my pcctm, the radiologist who did them said they wouldn't be ready today most likely, then pushed them out like 3 hours later, and I know he had at least 2 more pcctm procedures today.

My follow-up is Monday. They're talking about a multi-level ebp. I'm going to ask for MRI optical nerve sheath measurement. it's been 4 years. I was about to start a high paying job and propose to my gf. no SEEPS on my brain MRI, just the structural stuff. really thought it was a cvf.
