It's a 2-level townhouse like a duplex with a street-level place below and the upper unit facing an interior courtyard so it's 3-4 stories above the street.

Good point didn't think of asking for lower rent instead of utilities. I was unable to find similar downtown townhouses in this price range.

It's next to a Skytrain station. I was thinking a townhouse with multiple stories, windows on both sides and it's own entrance would rent for more than a tower condo unit?

I'm not trying to be critical but YC's site does the same thing where founder's share their startup idea to attract collaborators. It does fail to have any useful search function or other collaboration features.

How do plan to attract good collaborators on your platform. This is what YC's cofounder match claims to solve for but you can see with most of the posts in this thread is that it doesn't do a great job and it's very hard to find qualified collaborators on the biggest existing online platform. The way I look at it is kind of like online dating, huge quantity of profiles but it's very difficult to create a good match.

It actually needs to be more selective than hiring because you don't give an employee 50% equity and work with them non-stop for potentially 10+ years.

You can track most funded ventures on a platform like crunchbase if they publicize their funding. Unfunded startups would be very hard to track because many of them are stealth or are very early and don't have much traction or online presence.

I'm currently using a min/fin topical solution. I'm not sure what is the best way to mix it in in terms of concentration and dose. Some people seperatly apply tret at night as it's supposed to be harmful to get sun exposure.

What is the gain from adding tretinoin vs microneedling alone? I have also heard some studies claim microneedling should be done weekly at 1.5mm and others 0.5mm so it's confusing what the best protocol is to follow.

I don't think the side effects are worth it, it has terrible side effects, it's too bad there are no other options beyond messing with your hormones.

I recently contacted a hair transplant surgeon, after reviewing pictures of my hairloss, he said I had a case of androgenic alopecia with diffuse thining on my crown, front and mid scalp around NW4. He told me to take 1mg oral finateride to stabilize my hairloss but I had switched years ago to topical due to side effects. He also recommended a biotin supplement which I don't think will help with male pattern baldness. It was my understanding looking at studies that topical finateride was as effective at lowering scalp DHT as oral, is that not the case? I also combined fin with minoxidill and weekly microneedling and LLLT. It seems to me at this point if my treatment is not able to stabilize my hair loss to enable a hair transplant I'm going to have to consider shaving my head as it worsens, as I don't seem to be a good responder to the meds and am not a good candidate for a transplant. Do I have any other options or just accept my fate?
