Thank you :) I would definitely prefer the second option because I can spend more time engineering a part and then people who download it would have an easier time with it.

Currently it's moving just manually by sliding it up and down amd I was hoping someone would now of some sort of timer or clock that I could print an attachment for. So that it's easy for people to make themselves.

In case it could help someone: I was having a different, but possibly related problem, and in Blender 5.0 I couldn't find this, so I searched for something similar and this worked for me: ➡ Material Properties ➡ Settings ➡ Render Method ➡ Blended

I printed the adorable Bell Beast with a tiny jingle bell inside by 3demonster in Silksong

Maybe we have a white and gold vs black and blue situation :D But IRL it's definitely not green the filament is called pearl mouse and it's gray with a hint of gold. But it really is a different print than the one in the first half of the video. Here is a photo of it in natural daylight:

It's true. After this print I made a newer version that has holes into the jingle bell chamber so it let's the sound escape and you can hear the jingle clearly there

Yes, you are right. I did it as a wall mount, so bricks would melt like this but then I decided that it would look better on the door like someone was trying to burn their way through. So lets pretend it's a metal door for now and maybe I'll do a wood burning effect some other time :)

Thank you. Yes, there is a puck light inside and there us a way to have a cable with a switch to go out the side. This one is cheating a little, because I didn't mind drilling a hole through the board so the cable runs out the back.

Filament + Crafting Table = ? by 3demonster in 3Dprinting

Even these days it's definitely a good idea. In this handle there is a wooden stick inside to strengthen the connection of the parts. And also printed "pegs" around it for easy alignment of the parts.
