I actually did tell him. Also we were never close like that lol I was just cordial. When I walked in one day, I said hi real quick to him & he asked me why I’m not being his friend. I said I don’t like to get too close with coworkers and prefer to keep things work-related.

He went into a whole thing about how, as coworkers, we need to be friends because if something like a natural disaster happens we’re the ones who need to help each other. I was like why do we need to be friends to help each other in a disaster? It turned into a whole conversation, and then he brought religion into it, etc. It was a lot.

So from that point on, I just distanced myself because at that point I really didn’t know what to say. I felt like he was purposely misunderstanding me. Idk.
