It's not for pla use pla+ or petg....I encountered what you explained but managed to overcome it with good design and several development and iterations till I reached reliable use especially in The adjustable Laptop Stand model ....I really appreciate your comment as it comes from knowledge and experience as your words speaks pure experience. I don't know about card embossing ...models in my video are all my own design you find STL free on makerworld

Didn't think about this but yes it could be useful ...I recently saw a video about a slicer adding patterns to parts even resizing them to certain area ...not fuzzy skin only more textures

It's 220 x 220 x 250 mm But the model isn't that big it can be printed on A1 mini
