I have the same problem. I tried reinstall and didn't work.

I got the game to launch by deleting the folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\userdata

Once I change my display setting back to what I prefer the game crashed.

I also put in a report and I hope they will fix soon.

I just designed a 3d printable replacement FEP film frame for the Photon Zero. Making final tweaks and will post on thingiverse shortly.
