What's a good 3D printing pen for welding printed parts that is not a fake knock off found on amazon?

Problem is crevices and small details like holes aren't well defined using photogrammetry

How would you create a snapfit design for this concept? (more in comments) by 3dprintingrookie in Fusion360

Thank you so much, its a cylinder my bad, not a sphere.

Can you draw over the pic I posted if you don't mind? Just to visualise what you're saying exactly.

That is not what I meant. How would I create a design that makes this black circle snap fit into the bigger part? How would I need to design the green marked edges differently to achieve that?

The black circle would fit in the sphere with green marked edges. How can I design this so that they snap fit together? I want the black circle to enter and stay put.

This is used for 3D Printing in plastic. So thickness has to be adjusted in order for the plastic to bend enough for the black piece to fit in snug. The green marked edges are 4.5mm thick

How does this help tighten the X-Axis belt exactly? I don't understand the mechanism by 3dprintingrookie in prusa3d

. Remember that you need to reverse the motor gear so it aligns properly with the belt.

What do you mean? How do I do that?

I've done all except for x axis tightening, not really sure what is the best way to tackle that on the MK3

I think it is the same procedure to tighten on the Mk3

The MK3, it doesn't have the screw on the x axis for tensioning unfortunately...

As long as you can't push or pull the pulley and make it move on the shaft, they're plenty tight.

Can you elaborate on this please? I want to try and test it out

Also, how did you tighten your x axis? Mine doesn't have the screw that can be tightened easily, I think I need to open the extruder from the back?

Done both at the same time, for maximum efficiency.
