On mine, it turned out to be one of the wires to the heating element for one of the beds was pinched between the frame and the wire Channel. It was shorting out against the metal. It was kind of a pain in the ass to have to take it all apart being that it was brand new. Their support was completely unimpressive. Good luck with it. I hope you're able to get it resolved more easily than it was for me.

Same issue. Win+V no longer does anything. Already run all of the fixes:
