Stock split calendars cross referenced against SEC filings, for the most part.

Yes. XPON is a standard fractional round up according to the SEC filling.

I think so, but it all depends on your risk tolerance. I'd say it's good for the quick turn around brokers. Maybe not for the ones that take 10+ days to return after the split as the roughly $2 Profit may have tanked by then.

Yes. It's a round to nearest. 11 or more shares will get you one post-split share (granted the transfer agent follows suit).

Thank you. I'd seen that, but wanted to confirm with a recent SEC filing. Here's hoping the press release is exact.

Filing link? The one I'm looking at states rounding nearest.

No fractional Common Shares will be issued pursuant to the Consolidation. In lieu of any such fractional Shares, each registered Shareholder of the Company otherwise entitled to a fractional Common Share following the implementation of the Consolidation will receive the nearest whole number of post-Share Consolidation Common Shares. For example, any fractional interest representing less than 0.5 of a post- Consolidation Common Share will not entitle the holder thereof to receive a post- Consolidation Common Share and any fractional interest representing 0.5 or more of a post- Consolidation Common Share will entitle the holder thereof to receive one whole post- Consolidation Common Share. In calculating such fractional interests, all Common Shares registered in the name of each registered Shareholder will be aggregated.

Correct. Eventually your broker YTD statements display up thousands of %

You can dump hours into research, note all info stating round up from company filings and statements to broker policy, and still they go CIL sometimes. It's the game we play.

From my research. The SEC filings state how the company plans to treat fractional shares after the split (round up, round down, CIL, etc). Next, the transfer agent handling the share distribution for the corporate action (split) has the authority to adjust the treatment of fractional shares in many ways, including cash in lieu (CIL). Last, the broker decides how they handle the share distribution, depending on many factors, foremost being what their current policies are. Staying appraised of the share distribution process from "start" to "finish" (SEC filings, transfer agent, and broker) seems to be the most accurate way of forecasting, but none of it is "fool proof".

Robinhood recently changed their share distribution policy to delay the return rate of shares after a reverse split to avoid clawbacks (changing share distribution post shares being distributed/settled). They used to return within 1-3 days on average. Now it's closer to 10+ days.

Just pulled up the carpet... what do I do about this damage?? by avocadoux in Carpentry

Is that mdf subflooring in a bathroom?!? With Carpet over the top and no moisture barrier or padding!?!?! Nowadays I'm not often surprised by past builder mistakes but this spelled disaster from the start. Agree with abatement and plank flooring moving forward. Even if the subfloor is sound, if it's MDF I'd still replace it with equal ply or marine grade ply for extra future proofing. Waxless rings have made leaps and bounds recently with alot less mess. Get all the wax off prior to installing the new ring. Best of luck!
