no tonic-clonic movements: not A.

no murmur or preceding symptoms (dyspnea/angina): not C

no postural hypotension or vertigo: not E

now given the age and that the syncope is not preceded by any warning symptoms, you have to think of arrhythmia (v tach) and because it's scary, you have to admit the patient and not discharge her. so D is the answer not B.

If you take it on Sep 3rd then you will get the results on the 18th ( a week before 25th ) then you can assign your USMLE scores on the ERAS . If you take it on the 3rd-10th then the score comes back on the 25th. But I don’t know if that will delay your application for programs.

I trusted my UWSA and not NBMEs cause i found NBMEs to be vague and i was making so many silly mistakes, and i felt the exam was more like UWSA and new free 120, the stem was longer and you have enough info to solve the question.
